We assist clients in the review, analysis, and re-structuring of their organizational model in order to fully align staff roles and functions with the strategic mandate. The result is more streamlined operations and better achievement of program and business results.

Tim McConnell is the Managing Partner.
- He is a graduate of McGill University and has a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
- He holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.
- Tim is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
- He recently earned the Human Capital Strategist (HCS) certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Washington, D.C.
- Tim has studied Organizational Design and Analysis at De Paul University in Chicago.
- As an Adjunct Professor, Tim taught part time in the Advanced Program in HR Management (APHRM) at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto from 2002 to 2008.
- He is the published author of several articles on HR management, Compensation and OD and is a featured public speaker on these topics.
- He also teaches Organizational Design methodology:
- Designed and Delivered Organization Design Training Workshop for HR Officers at Carleton University.
- Presented an Organization Design Training Workshop for Classification and OD Officers at the City of Ottawa.
Kathy Bedard is Director of HR and OD Consulting with McConnell HR Consulting Inc.
- Kathy holds a degree in Business Administration from Trent University.
- She holds the Certified HR Professional (CHRP) designation.
- She recently earned the Human Capital Strategist (HCS) certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Washington, D.C.
- She sits on the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Professionals Association – Ottawa Chapter, and is currently President-elect.
- Kathy has studied Organization Design and Analysis at DePaul University in Chicago.
- She has been the Lead Consultant on a variety of Organization Design projects for Non-Profits and NGO's over the past few years.
Stacey Jerrold is an Organization Design Consultant with McConnell HR Consulting Inc.
- Stacey is the former Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administrative Services for ING Clarion and Director / Global Chief Administrative Officer at Deutshe Bank.
- She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Hartford and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.
- Based in Manhattan, she serves as Lead Consultant on many of our OD projects.
